We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. This Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use and operating conditions.
Warranty Period
Every eligible PURESLICE product includes a 10-month Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty beginning on the original purchase date.
Customers who register their product within 30 days of purchase will receive an additional 2 months of warranty coverage, for a total of 12 months.
Product registration is not required to receive the standard 10-month warranty. Registration simply extends your warranty by an additional 2 months.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal household use, including:
- Manufacturing defects affecting the normal function of the product
- Defective materials or workmanship
- Missing components upon delivery
- Product failure resulting from a manufacturing defect during the warranty period
If a valid warranty claim is approved, PURESLICE will, at its sole discretion:
- Replace the defective part;
- Replace the product with the same or a comparable product; or
- Issue a refund if a replacement is not reasonably available.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:
- Misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents
- Dropping, impact, or improper handling
- Improper assembly, installation, cleaning, or maintenance
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Commercial or industrial use
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance
- Failure to follow the product instructions provided with the product
Product Registration
To receive the additional 2 months of warranty coverage, your product must be registered within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Warranty registration helps us:
- Verify your product information
- Provide faster customer support
- Process warranty claims more efficiently
Registration does not replace proof of purchase.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect covered under this warranty, please contact our customer support team and provide:

- Email address
- Amazon order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the problem (if requested)
- A copy or screenshot of your Amazon receipt (if requested)
Proof of purchase, such as your Amazon order number or Amazon purchase receipt, is required for all warranty claims.
PURESLICE reserves the right to inspect the product and verify proof of purchase before approving any warranty claim.
Warranty Limitations
This Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
The warranty period begins on the original purchase date shown on your Amazon order or purchase receipt.
Warranty registration does not guarantee approval of a warranty claim. All claims are subject to review and verification by PURESLICE.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PURESLICE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
Our maximum liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
